Limiting FPS mid game
I have been trying to speedrun hello neighbor full game but I need to limit my fps for some parts like act 3 basement for fear school skip.
you limit the FPS before the run starts and keep it that way for the whole run (always read the rules!)

Regarding Run Verification
summary: runs should be getting verified around every Friday or Saturday, which should hopefully become the new standard in order to get runs CONSISTENTLY verified.
